Launching the Customer Experience Team

At Ready Education, we’re on a mission to craft digital experiences that build community and increase student engagement, which includes ensuring your students are offered a world-class digital experience as a part of their education. As the ongoing pandemic continues to cause disruptions in higher education, now more than ever, students need support.

We are happy to announce the addition of a Customer Experience (CX) Team that is dedicated to helping our partners and their students. This builds on the dedicated Campus Success Consultants that work with each of our institutional partners on aligning their platforms with goals for student success.

The CX team is here to help provide the best digital experience for you and your students with a range of services & resources

Activation

Led by Mike, the Activation Team is here to assist with any system upgrades that offer students access to their key resources in the app.

Key functions
- Help setup or transition between SSO, SIS, or LMS integrations with the Ready Education Platform.
- Centralize the key technologies that inform the student experience.

Content Strategy

Led by Sophie, the Content Strategy Team speeds up your launch and saves our partners’ time by maintaining, creating, and enhancing the resources that create engaging digital experiences on our partner apps.

Key functions
- Support you to rapidly populate your app with new content for a faster launch.
- Enable bulk content-editing efforts, from creating tiles to editing content.

Technical Support

Led by Bharathi, the Technical Support Team manages the Ready Help Center and assists with any questions about using the Ready Education Platform.

Key functions
- Address any technical issues you or your campus community may experience when using the platform, with the help of one of our expert support technicians.
- Create resources that help onboard for the knowledge base including in the Ready Education Help Center.

Tutorials

Making the most of our platform is easy with the many video and walkthrough tutorials that are available on-demand in our Ready Education Help Center.

Key Functions
- From onboarding to advanced management, it’s easy to quickly learn how to use the Ready Education Platform to engage students and build online campus community.
- Search through the many articles in the Help Center’s knowledgebase to for to quickly resolve any technical challenges you encounter
