Your Client Success Manager 

Your Client Success Manager will help you make the most of your Ready Education solution. 

Key aspects of their role include:

• Helping with goal planning
• Hosting best practice sessions with fellow clients, such as monthly Office Hours
• Supporting development of an annual plan for success
• Communicating regularly about resources, tools, and tips
• Supporting conversations related to your contract renewal and potential additional services or features that would be beneficial to your institution and students
