We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Melissa Harts has joined Ready Education as the new VP of Client Experience.
Melissa is a long-time educator with expertise in client experience and support management, change management, and strategic technology implementation and integration in Higher Education. She used her leadership and people management skills during her time as Chief People Officer /SVP of Leadership Development and Chief Transformation Officer at Anthology. Prior to that, she spent eight years at Pasco-Hernando State College first as Dean of Institutional Technology, then as Vice President of Technology and Distance Education, before becoming Senior Vice President for Technology and Distance Education/CIO. At Pasco-Hernando, she implemented a number of technology upgrades, including enhancing help desk services, converting to a new student information system, and much more.
A U.S. Army veteran, Melissa has taught in both secondary and higher education and has held various administrative roles in K-20. She graduated with a B.A. in Media and English from Fordham University and received a master’s degree in Journalism from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. She received a second master’s degree and an Ed.D. in Educational/Instructional Technology from Teachers College Columbia University. Her deep understanding of higher education, technology implementations, and change management that institutions are facing in today's dynamic and competitive environment will be a tremendous asset to Ready Education.

As the new VP of Client Experience, Melissa will oversee our Client Support, Onboarding & Implementation, and Professional Services functions. Working closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams, she is focused on delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
