We are excited to announce the release of My Schedule, designed to enhance the student experience. This latest update is a key milestone in our ongoing commitment to Strengthening Student Engagement and Supporting Academic Success—two core focus areas in our Strategic Roadmap.

The Challenge Students Face

Students often struggle with managing their time effectively, balancing academic responsibilities with co-curricular activities. The lack of a consolidated view of all commitments means that students are frequently jumping between multiple systems, apps, and calendars. This not only leads to missed commitments but also negatively affects student success and retention.

Introducing My Schedule

To solve this problem, we are introducing My Schedule—a powerful new calendar feature that consolidates all aspects of a student’s schedule into one easy-to-navigate view. Key Features include:

• Comprehensive View: All events, meetings, and important dates are now available in a single, centralized calendar.
• Customizable Interface: Students can filter their schedules and choose between different views to best suit their needs.
• Detailed Event Information: Each event entry includes key details such as the name, location, and links to access the event.
• Homepage Widget: A new widget on the Home Page provides students with instant access to their full schedule upon logging in.

Benefits for Students

My Schedule is more than just a calendar—it's a tool that enhances organization, prevents conflicts, and ensures students stay on top of all their commitments. “By providing a clear, unified view of their schedules, students are less likely to miss key meetings, due dates, or events, ultimately increasing their likelihood of success”, said Jean Teillon, Chief Product Officer at Ready Education.

My Schedule is now available on the web, with the mobile version following in October. For clients with the Academic Integrations Module, the unified calendar will expand later in 2024 to include class schedules, assignment due dates, and quiz due dates.

We're excited to see the impact My Schedule will have on student success and engagement. 

What Else is Happening?

We're also excited to introduce My Grades for clients using the Academic Integrations module, giving students instant access to their grades as soon as they're posted. Whether on the web or mobile app, students can view individual assignments and exam grades for each course, synced directly from your LMS. This feature streamlines academic success and enhances the student experience.
